Ron DesJarlais is an independent songwriter working in the Americana and outlaw country tradition. His songs explore life, regret, courage, and truth — often inspired by reflections from his series From the Back Porch of the Mind.
He is also the founder of Rogue Records and the author of This Mic Is Ours: A Manifesto, a book about creative independence, AI-assisted music, and the evolving relationship between artists and technology.
